About Course Menu
A renowned restaurant in Karato, Shimonoseki, where famous individuals from various fields visit from afar for its acclaimed taste, has now expanded to Kyobashi. Using local fish directly shipped from Shimonoseki, the owner and skilled artisan, Toshihito Ōhori, has personally come to Tokyo to prepare and serve the dishes.
