A renowned establishment from Karato in Shimonoseki, frequented by distinguished figures from various fields seeking this flavor even from afar, has expanded to Kyobashi. Using local fish directly shipped from Shimonoseki, the owner and artisan, Toshihito Ohori, personally travels to Tokyo to handcraft sushi at the counter.
