Beginning with a delicacy of tiger pufferfish skin and summer vegetables finished with ponzu jelly, each dish lets you savor the many expressions of fuku, including tiger pufferfish sashimi, karaage, and fuku steak. Without the use of a hot pot, this course is composed of sashimi, grilled dishes, steamed dishes, sushi, and soup, offering a light and elegant meal even in summer.
