One of the top three Chinese delicacies, 【Dried Abalone】 is packed with abalone's rich flavor and aroma, yielding a deeper taste when rehydrated. Especially, the dried abalone from Yoshihama, Iwate Prefecture, offers the ultimate umami. The collagen braised together with the rehydrated abalone juice is a gourmet delight.
