This is a five-course meal consisting of an aperitif, cold appetizer, hot appetizer, main course, and dessert. In addition to using seasonal ingredients, inspired by being the birthplace of soy sauce, our dishes incorporate koji, allowing you to enjoy a unique French course that is distinctive to this region.
