- A cancellation fee of 3,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for cancellations without notice. This fee is not the actual charge collected upon your visit. - Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. - If more than 30 minutes have passed from your reservation time and we cannot contact you, we may have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. - For reservations of 4 or more people, please contact the hotel directly. * Except for private bookings, children are only allowed if they are over 20 years old.
