Inspired by the hassun of Kyoto kaiseki and given a modern interpretation, it is presented as a dish that anyone can enjoy with familiarity. Using seasonal delicacies from both land and sea, it expresses the five tastes, five colors, and five cooking methods of Kyoto cuisine with a playful spirit.
