We use carefully selected ingredients, including fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables delivered daily from Toyosu Market, as well as fermented ingredients. Please enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine crafted with traditional techniques and expert skill passed down from master to apprentice, together with a carefully curated selection of sake, wine, and champagne.
