Rooted in Hunan cuisine and refined with the delicate techniques of Huaiyang cuisine, our offerings present a one-of-a-kind flavor experience thoughtfully tailored to the Japanese palate. We use carefully selected ingredients, including fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables delivered daily from Toyosu Market, as well as fermented ingredients.
