A popular course featuring menu favorites such as the locally featured Yuzu Motsunabe, horse sashimi, and our signature offal gyoza with cartilage. Perfect for first-time guests as well, this course is ideal for dining with someone special or for business entertainment in a stylish yet welcoming space. A new style of Hakata motsunabe that is sure to keep the conversation flowing! This course includes our popular vegetable sashimi, assorted à la carte dishes, and the much-talked-about Yuzu Motsunabe. Recommended for guests visiting us for the first time. * For the Yuzu Motsunabe, please choose either ginger soup or garlic soup. * You may also choose Genkai Sea Salt Motsunabe or Roasted Garlic Soy Sauce Motsunabe. 1. Boiled green soybeans, gently warmed to bring out their natural sweetness 2. Chicken skin with ponzu, rich in collagen and recommended for women, with excess fat removed 3. Seared cut pieces of Hakata spicy cod roe 4. Delivered directly from Kumamoto! Our proudly selected assorted three kinds of horse sashimi 5. Our original specialty: offal gyoza with cartilage, featuring the texture of yagen cartilage and the rich flavor of finely chopped offal 6. Choice of motsunabe: please select from the following (1) Matsuba original: a refreshing and fragrant new sensation, Yuzu Motsunabe (2) Roasted Garlic Soy Sauce Motsunabe, with the appetizing aroma of fried garlic and garlic oil (3) Genkai Sea Salt Motsunabe, a rich salt-based soup made with carefully selected ingredients 7. Final dish: champon noodles or Goto udon 8. A delightful mini dessert to finish Regarding Course Meals 1. In addition to the course, extra dishes may also be ordered separately. Orders may also be placed in the restaurant on the day, but reservations are generally required by the day before.
