A popular course featuring our signature yuzu motsunabe, horse sashimi, and an assortment of à la carte dishes. Exclusively available online at a special price. Recommended for first-time guests. Please choose your “Yuzu Motsunabe” with either ginger broth or garlic broth. Course Details 1. Boiled green soybeans, gently reheated in hot water to enhance their natural sweetness 2. Hakata mentaiko, lightly seared “Kireko” 3. A collagen-rich dish recommended for women, with excess fat removed: Chicken Skin with Ponzu 4. “Futaego,” a rare cut among horse sashimi 5. Matsuba’s original “Yuzu Motsunabe,” a refreshing and aromatic new taste sensation 6. Champon noodles to finish 7. A delightful mini dessert after the meal Regarding Course Meals 1. In addition to the course, extra dishes may be ordered separately. Orders may also be placed in the restaurant on the day, but reservations are generally required by the day before.
