Enjoy Shunpanro’s signature pufferfish cuisine together with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Directly connected to Tennoji Station (Abenobashi Station), we are located on the 14th floor of Abeno Harukas (Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store). The interior is arranged in calming tones, creating a refined space for adults where you can relax at your leisure. Our main restaurant in Shimonoseki, founded 140 years ago, is a long-established pufferfish restaurant that became the first officially licensed pufferfish restaurant in Meiji 21. We devote ourselves each day so that every guest who visits can experience this tradition with both their eyes and their palate.

The highlight of this plan is torafugu milt, so rare that it is often called white diamond. In addition to being served with grated radish sauce, allowing you to enjoy its melting texture and rich, creamy flavor, it is also lavishly added to the chiri hot pot. From the artistically prepared thin-sliced sashimi showcasing the skill of our chefs to the deep-fried puffer packed with concentrated umami, each dish carries on the tradition of Shunpanro while being enhanced by the exquisite richness of milt.
