About Course Menu

Due to popular demand every year, we are pleased to offer our all-you-can-eat snow crab again this year. Indulge to your heart’s content in the luxurious winter delicacy of snow crab, along with maru-zuwai crab, known for its concentrated umami and refined sweetness, and juicy US Prime roast beef expertly prepared by our hotel chefs. In addition, from October 1 to January 5, we will offer a wide selection of chocolate desserts, including white chocolate gâteau with yuzu and berries, and kugelhopf chocolat.
