Opened on July 11, 2020 SNOW is a restaurant based on French cuisine and New Nordic cuisine. The name of the restaurant reflects my memories of the ever-falling white snow in Belgium and Northern Denmark, where I spent my training years. The philosophy learned in Europe is "Local Product," which means expressing the local region through the cuisine. We may not be able to accommodate same-day allergy requests depending on the situation. ⚫️ Cancellation Policy We have a cancellation policy in place at our restaurant. For cancellations within 24 hours, we will charge 100% of the meal cost multiplied by the number of persons reserved, regardless of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
