This course features 8 dishes, with fresh fish and Hayama beef as the main dishes. For our Premium Course only, we offer pasta made with spiny lobster and a main dish featuring abalone. Amuse-bouche, 2 appetizers, pasta, fresh fish, Hayama beef, dessert, petits fours, after-meal beverage Guests who wish to request a message plate may do so for an additional fee (¥1,100).
