Omakase Course Using Charcoal Grill

Using a traditional Kansai hibachi from the early Showa era, we carefully grill selected ingredients delivered directly from various regions across Japan right in front of our customers. We take pride in our unique "Charcoal-Grilled Tempura," which is slowly cooked over a charcoal fire.

The origin of our restaurant's name comes from the bird "Uso," known to bring good luck, and the Shinto ritual "Uso-kae," which transforms past misfortunes into good fortune.

We hope that while enjoying our delicious meals, you can forget the day's fatigue and unpleasantness. Please enjoy our unique charcoal-grilled dishes and have a special time with us.
