About Course Menu
We use rare "Otaru Jidori" from Hokkaido and "Dohokunaisan Meigara Chicken". In order to make the most of the ingredients, we focus on "grilling", using high-quality Binchotan charcoal. We are a yakitori specialty restaurant where you can experience the "Omakase Yakitori Course" at the counter, using "grilled chicken only dishes" that are handmade one by one in our workshop to offer freshly grilled skewers.
