About Course Menu

At Sushi Ichi, we offer a daily special omakase course using seasonal ingredients. The 20-course meal strikes a perfect balance between appetizers that pair perfectly with sake and exquisite sushi. With sashimi, seared dishes, and seasonal main courses, you can fully enjoy the quality of the ingredients.
