[Notice of Price Revision and New Course Opening]
Thank you for your continued patronage of "Nishiazabu Sushi Kaishin."
We have been striving to provide the best seasonal ingredients to our customers, and due to the recent increase in ingredient costs, we have decided to revise our course prices from February 1, 2026, to maintain and improve the quality of our offerings.
Additionally, we have established a new course to allow customers to enjoy our specialties in a broader range of settings.
Both courses offer the traditional flow of Sushi Kaishin from appetizers to sushi.
■ Kaishin Special Chef’s Choice Course: 20,900 yen (incl. tax)
A full course showcasing the luxury of Kaishin, including our famous Nodoguro and Uni Dog
■ Kaishin Chef’s Choice Course: 18,700 yen (incl. tax)
A standard course to enjoy carefully selected seasonal ingredients while maintaining the basic structure of Kaishin
*This course does not include "Nodoguro," and the uni is served as "Uni Gunkan."

*Notice of Year-End and New Year Holidays
We will be closed for the year-end and New Year holidays from December 28, 2025 (Sun) to January 5, 2026 (Mon).

- A service charge of 10% will be added to the displayed prices. Thank you for your understanding.
- For reservations of 7 or more people or for private events, please consult us by phone.
Children are welcome only if they can enjoy the course meals.
- If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
- Menu content may change without notice depending on the procurement of ingredients and the season.
- Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, as they may inconvenience other customers.
- Due to weather conditions or the state of public transportation, business hours may change, or we may be closed temporarily.
