[Notice of Price Revision and New Course Opening] Thank you for your continued patronage of "Nishiazabu Sushi Kaishin." We have been striving to provide the best seasonal ingredients to our customers, and due to the recent increase in ingredient costs, we have decided to revise our course prices from February 1, 2026, to maintain and improve the quality of our offerings. Additionally, we have established a new course to allow customers to enjoy our specialties in a broader range of settings. Both courses offer the traditional flow of Sushi Kaishin from appetizers to sushi. ■ Kaishin Special Chef’s Choice Course: 20,900 yen (incl. tax) A full course showcasing the luxury of Kaishin, including our famous Nodoguro and Uni Dog ■ Kaishin Chef’s Choice Course: 18,700 yen (incl. tax) A standard course to enjoy carefully selected seasonal ingredients while maintaining the basic structure of Kaishin *This course does not include "Nodoguro," and the uni is served as "Uni Gunkan." Our entire staff will continue to work diligently to deliver experiences that exceed the price.
