About Course Menu
This plan is for a 90-minute stay starting from 9:30 PM. Based on the concept of offering many seasonal ingredients in small portions, we will serve an omakase course. You will begin with one piece of sushi, followed by alternating appetizers and nigiri, and enjoy approximately 25 varieties in total.
