(Sample from a Certain Day) Starting with thickly sliced Wakame seaweed from Tokushima Prefecture, followed by seasonal white fish sashimi, seared or marinated varieties. Seasonal chilled soups, monthly changing chawanmushi, grilled and simmered dishes, and about 10 exquisite appetizers sourced on the day. Ten kinds of red vinegar rice nigiri, specially crafted by Sushi Yoshi. The full omakase consists of 20 items.
We welcome you with Edo-style sushi and creative Japanese cuisine served on vibrant Kutani ware. Our concept is "a sushi restaurant where you can enjoy both the food and the tableware." Centered around Kutani ware, our carefully selected tableware including Arita ware and Kyo ware adds flair to the cuisine and sushi, enhancing the entire dining experience.
