About Course Menu

A hidden gem of a sushi restaurant, just a 3-minute walk from JR Fukushima Station, tucked away just off the main street. Please enjoy Edo-style sushi prepared with time and effort by the owner, including shime-mono (marinated fish), takikomi (seasoned and cooked rice), tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), and gari (pickled ginger).
