[Lunch Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Only] A sushi course crafted by a chef trained in French cuisine and a master of kaiseki cuisine. Using seasonal ingredients, we offer a new style of sushi that blends Japanese and Western influences. Enjoy pairings with sake, wine, and our house-made ginger ale.
