The cuisine crafted by the owner, who honed his skills in Japanese, kaiseki, and sushi, offers the charm of enjoying a variety of dishes in smaller portions, including an appetizer, sashimi, steamed dishes, grilled dishes, strong-flavored dishes, 6 to 8 pieces of sushi, thin rolls, miso soup, and fruit.
