The chef, who honed his skills in Japanese cuisine, kaiseki, and sushi, offers dishes with a variety of small portions that include appetizers, sashimi, steamed dishes, grilled dishes, strong flavors, 6-8 pieces of sushi, hosomaki, miso soup, and fruit.
