About Course Menu
We source our white meat and squid from Nagahama Port, while our prawns and tuna come from Tsukiji in Tokyo. For salmon roe, sea urchin, and shellfish, we go out of our way to import them from Hokkaido, where we can get the tastiest ingredients. We pride ourselves on serving sushi with exceptionally fresh toppings.
