About Course Menu

Our "Chef's Special Menu: Supreme" is a course where you can savor fresh seasonal ingredients and the skills of our artisans. We offer more than six dishes of grilled and steamed items, and over 11 pieces of hand-pressed sushi made with seasonal seafood (utilizing premium ingredients). This course uses the finest ingredients of each season, allowing you to enjoy a different menu each time. Enjoy grilled dishes that bring out the umami, delicate flavored steamed dishes, and sushi crafted with care by our artisans. The menu may change depending on the season and availability of ingredients. We promise new discoveries and excitement each time you visit. We look forward to your reservation.

Chef’s Selection, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced that day and delivered directly from Toyosu, along with tuna from the specialty wholesaler Yamayuki. We have a one-drink policy in place. The number of people that can be accommodated may vary depending on the situation. For parties of 5 or more, please consult us in advance. Use by children is limited to those who will be having the same menu as adults. The experience will take approximately 90 minutes. The contents are subject to change based on market availability.
