About Course Menu

Our "Omakase Menu K" is a course where you can enjoy seasonal fresh ingredients and the craftsmanship of our chefs. We offer more than four dishes of grilled and steamed items, and more than seven pieces of nigiri sushi made with seasonal seafood. This course allows you to enjoy a different menu each time, using the best ingredients of each season. Delight in grilled dishes that bring out umami, delicate-flavored steamed dishes, and sushi carefully crafted by our chefs. The menu changes depending on the season and the availability of ingredients. We aim to provide new discoveries and excitement every time you visit. We look forward to your reservation.

Under the chef's recommendation, we serve seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Toyosu on the day and use high-quality tuna from the specialty wholesaler "Yama Kō." Our restaurant requires a one-drink minimum per customer. The number of guests we can accommodate may vary depending on the current situation.
