About Course Menu

Our "Omakase Menu Shigoku" course allows you to savor the finest seasonal ingredients and exquisite craftsmanship. We offer six or more selections of grilled and steamed dishes, along with over eleven pieces of nigiri sushi featuring seasonal seafood and premium ingredients. This course showcases the best ingredients of each season, offering a unique menu every time. Savor the grilled dishes that enhance umami, the delicately flavored steamed dishes, and the sushi meticulously crafted by our artisans. Chef’s Selection, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced that day and delivered directly from Toyosu, along with tuna from the specialty wholesaler Yamayuki. Our restaurant requires a one-drink order per customer. The number of guests we can accommodate may vary depending on the situation. For groups of 5 or more, please consult with us in advance.
