About Course Menu

Our "Omakase Menu Yoshi" is a course where you can enjoy seasonal fresh ingredients and the craftsmanship of our chefs. It includes more than four dishes such as grilled and steamed items, as well as at least nine pieces of nigiri sushi made with seasonal seafood. This course is designed to let you savor the best ingredients of each season with a different menu every time. Enjoy the grilled dishes that bring out the umami, the delicately flavored steamed dishes, and sushi carefully crafted by our skilled chefs. Chef’s Selection, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced that day and delivered directly from Toyosu, along with tuna from the specialty wholesaler Yamayuki. At least 5 exquisite dishes + specialty Examples: • Whole abalone with liver sauce • Herring roe dressed with egg yolk • Saikyo-grilled silver cod • Simmered splendid alfonsino shabu-shabu • Black tiger prawn in five-color arare coating • Smelt simmered in sweet plum glaze • Monkfish liver marinated in wine • Chawanmushi At least 12 pieces of nigiri sushi (including tamago) Soup Dessert

At our restaurant, a one-drink minimum policy is in place. Depending on the situation, the number of people we can accommodate may vary. For groups of five or more, please consult with us. Children's usage is limited to those who will enjoy the same menu as adults. The dining experience lasts approximately 90 minutes. Menu items may change depending on the availability of ingredients. Please inform us in advance if you have any dislikes or allergies.
