About Course Menu

Our "Chef's Special Ultimate Menu" offers a course where you can savor fresh seasonal ingredients and the craftsmanship of our chefs. We provide over 5 items of grilled or steamed dishes, and at least 9 pieces of nigiri sushi made with seasonal seafood, including premium ingredients. This course allows you to enjoy a different menu each time, utilizing the best seasonal ingredients. Delight in the grilled dishes that bring out umami, the delicate flavor of the steamed dishes, and the sushi crafted with dedication by our chefs. The menu may change depending on the season and availability. We promise new discoveries and excitement each time you visit. We look forward to your reservation.

Chef’s Selection, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced that day and delivered directly from Toyosu, along with tuna from the specialty wholesaler Yamayuki. Our restaurant requires a one-drink order per person. The number of people we can accommodate may vary depending on the situation. Please consult with us if your party includes five or more people.
