About Course Menu

Our "Chef's Choice Menu Kyo" offers a course where you can enjoy seasonal fresh ingredients and the skills of our artisans. We offer over four dishes of grilled and steamed items, and more than nine pieces of nigiri sushi using seasonal seafood. This course uses the best ingredients of the season, allowing you to enjoy a different menu each time. Delight in the grilled items that bring out the umami, the delicately flavored steamed dishes, and sushi carefully crafted by our skilled chefs. The dishes are subject to change based on the season and availability. Every visit promises new discoveries and delightful surprises. We look forward to your reservations.

With the chef's choice, dishes are prepared using seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Toyosu and tuna from the specialized wholesaler Yamayuki. Over 4 types of exquisite dishes + specialties Examples: - Abalone whole, served with liver sauce - Herring roe with egg yolk dressing - Gindara marinated in Saikyo miso - Shabu-shabu of alfonsino - Black tiger prawns fried in five-color rice crackers - Shishamo simmered in sweet plum glaze - Monkfish liver marinated in wine - Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) Over 12 pieces of nigiri (including egg) Soup Dessert

Confirmation details

Our restaurant requires a one-drink order per person. The number of guests we can accommodate may vary depending on capacity. Please consult us for parties of 5 or more. We limit children’s participation to those who will enjoy the same menu as adults. The experience takes approximately 90 minutes. The menu may change based on ingredient availability.
