About Course Menu
We offer meticulously crafted sushi that highlights fresh ingredients. Our nigiri features fish carefully selected from the market, with the matured menu using Yamayuki's tuna being especially recommended. The red vinegar sushi rice, made with Hatsushimo rice, is shaped small and slightly firm, offering a perfect balance with the topping. Prices start from 160 yen per piece, with options for courses, à la carte, and omakase courses available. Be sure to pair your meal with sake. Our cozy interior boasts a Japanese ambiance and includes private rooms as well. First-time visitors are welcome to join us casually.
