About Course Menu
In a serene private setting, we serve the blackthroat seaperch, known as the "toro of whitefish," directly sourced from Noto and Kaga in the Hokuriku region. This delicacy is featured in our sashimi, grilled dishes, and shabu-shabu. Our shabu-shabu broth is made by lightly roasting the seaperch bones and simmering them with sake and natural water until their rich flavors are fully extracted, resulting in a creamy broth for your enjoyment.

* A serving spoon and net are provided for each guest. - Starter - Sashimi (Nodoguro, Tuna, Kue Kombu-jime, Hamo) - Grilled Fish (Grilled Nodoguro) - Fried Fish (Nodoguro Tempura) - Hot Pot (Nodoguro Shabu-shabu Hot Pot) - Sanuki Udon - Dessert For groups of 4 or fewer celebrating a special occasion, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine is offered to each guest!
