For same-day reservations, the abalone sashimi will be changed to another type of sashimi. To commemorate 28 years in Osaka Umeda, we have prepared a limited-time kaiseki course as a token of our appreciation to our guests. This kaiseki course features an abundance of premium ingredients, including abalone steak and blackthroat seaperch.
