About Course Menu
- Freshly delivered from Hokkaido, Hokuriku, Noto, and Himi, we use around 10 kg yellowtail - ■ Menu - Appetizer - Cold yellowtail sushi - Three types of sashimi - Cold yellowtail with wasabi leaves - Teriyaki cold yellowtail - Shabu-shabu pot with cold yellowtail (kombujime) - Udon Noodles - Dessert This course allows you to enjoy the cold yellowtail sent directly from Hokkaido, Noto, and Himi. Please note that the place of origin may change when the Himi yellowtail season has not been declared. Relax and enjoy in a calm, private setting.
