※ In a calm and private setting, please enjoy our seasonal limited-time pike conger dishes. You can savor pike conger prepared in a variety of dishes. Fresh pike conger is directly delivered from Shikoku, Awaji, and Uwajima and is available in 300g, 600g, and 800g sizes, each used appropriately for different pike conger dishes. 300g pike conger is suitable for sashimi, grill, simmered dish, and vinegared dish. 600g pike conger is used for tempura, teriyaki, tataki, and fries. 800g pike conger is used for pike conger stick sushi and hot pot. Additionally, the broth for the pike conger shabu-shabu is made by grilling the heads and bones of the pike conger, and simmering them with sake, water, and kelp until they are rich in flavor. The shabu-shabu is completed by pouring ponzu sauce on top. ※ Seasonal matsutake mushrooms, which pair well with pike conger dishes, can be added to the course meal for approximately +2000 yen. Please note that same-day preparation may not be possible, so kindly mention in the comments section during reservation how many servings of matsutake dishes you require. ※ For any celebration with four or fewer guests, the owner will offer a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to each guest!
