~Directly delivered from Hokkaido, Hokuriku, Noto, and Himi, we use buri weighing around 10 kilograms~ ■ Menu Contents - Appetizer - Assorted Sashimi - Cold Buri Leaf Wasabi Wrap - Cold Buri Teriyaki - Cold Buri Shabu-Shabu Hot Pot - Udon - Dessert Since buri is a migratory fish, it can only be caught in Hokkaido during this season (October). However, we use root-attached buri that resides in Toyama Bay, where they feed on abundant food and become well-marbled. Enjoy a course featuring exceptionally fresh cold buri delivered directly from Noto and Himi. Please relax in a serene private space.
