~Directly sourced from Hokkaido, Hokuriku, Noto, and Himi, using approximately 10 kg buri~ - Appetizer - Sashimi Assortment - Seasonal buri with leaf wasabi wrap - Seasonal buri teriyaki - Seasonal buri shabu-shabu pot - Udon - Dessert Since seasonal buri is a migratory fish, it can only be caught in Hokkaido around this time (October). We use buri that settles in Toyama Bay, enjoying a rich diet and achieving excellent fat content. This course allows you to savor fresh seasonal buri sourced directly from Noto and Himi. Relax and enjoy in a calm and private setting.
