About Course Menu
Within a serene and private space, savor the nodoguro, often referred to as the toro of white fish, which is directly sourced from Kanazawa and Kaga in the Noto region of Hokuriku and used in sashimi, grilled dishes, and shabu-shabu. Enjoy our shabu-shabu dipping sauce made from the subtly grilled bones of nodoguro, slowly simmered with sake and natural water to draw out its rich flavors into a milky broth.

*We provide each customer with a ladle for their use. - Appetizers - Sashimi (Nodoguro, Tuna, Ku-e Kombujime, Pike Conger) - Grilled fish (Grilled Nodoguro) - Deep-fried fish (Nodoguro Tempura) - Hot pot (Nodoguro Shabu-shabu) - Sanuki Udon - Dessert When celebrating any special occasion with up to four people, the owner offers a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to each guest! If applicable, please mention it in the comment section. ~Important Information~ - Some menu items may change during the year-end and New Year period (particularly sashimi). If you have concerns about the course contents, please inquire in advance. *During December and January, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for reservations made by email or phone.
