■Menu Details *We provide a net ladle for each guest. - Two kinds of appetizers - Premium long-finned whale tail sashimi - Whale "Kanoko", tongue, whale skin - White bacon, heart, red meat sashimi - Whale steak [rare cuts] - Whole Whale Hot Pot (whale "Kanoko", red meat, whale blubber, tongue) or Whale Pot in a Small Bowl [per person] - Sanuki Udon - Dessert We offer sake that pairs well with whale dishes.

When celebrating special occasions with a group of up to four people, the owner will offer each guest a complimentary glass of sparkling wine as a token of appreciation!
