Our exclusive special course for one party only allows you to savor the perfect pairing of premium ingredients sourced from the market that day, along with a selection of fine Japanese sake. An exceptional dish composed of seasonal ingredients, available for that day only. Enjoy a blissful experience that delights all the senses. (Note) Due to ingredient sourcing and order arrangements, we kindly request reservations be made at least three days in advance. (Note) When making a reservation, please inform us of any allergies, ingredients you'd prefer to avoid, and your favorite ingredients. We will incorporate your preferences into the course menu as much as possible. (Example) Preferences such as liking Ise shrimp or foie gras (Note) Please understand that certain ingredients may not be available due to market conditions or seasonality.
