As spring arrives and the fishing season is in full swing, please enjoy our set menus and specialties such as tiger puffer fish and rock oyster dishes, highlighting the excellence of the ingredients. Above all, we highly recommend the nigiri sushi crafted by our owner, Junichi Araya, who has honed his skills in the "Takinokawa-ryu" style, maximizing the ingredients' quality and performing sophisticated work.
