Since Echizen golden crab is available for fishing until June 30, we can always provide you with freshly caught crabs. As spring arrives and the fishing season is in full swing, please enjoy our set menus and specialties such as tiger puffer fish and rock oyster dishes, highlighting the excellence of the ingredients.
