This is our recommended premium sushi kaiseki course, lavishly prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients carefully selected by our head chef at the market. Beginning with spiny lobster sashimi, the course also features seasonal specialties such as grilled, fried, and steamed dishes, along with 11 pieces of sushi hand-formed by our skilled chefs. In addition, we offer an Encore Sushi service, allowing you to choose 3 more pieces of your favorite toppings from the sushi served during the course.
