At our restaurant, our exceptionally fresh jidori, prepared to coincide with your visit, is best enjoyed first as sashimi. Our signature shichirin grilled selection is then slowly cooked over premium Japanese binchotan charcoal, allowing the far-infrared heat to bring out the ingredient’s natural flavor with nothing more than natural salt. In addition, our industry-first new specialty, Rich Shrimp Paitan Hot Pot, is a supreme creation that blends the deep umami of sweet shrimp to the fullest with our prized chicken paitan broth.
