We use fragrant, house-made 100% buckwheat soba noodles prepared by hand daily, allowing you to enjoy the authentic flavor and texture of soba. Focusing on fresh fish delivered directly from their places of origin each morning, we incorporate the seasonal bounty into sashimi and hassun. In addition, all of our dishes are gluten-free, so health-conscious guests can dine with peace of mind.
