◆About The BALL◆
Why is dining at an authentic Italian restaurant so enjoyable? The aspiration to express this joy in Japan led to the establishment of this restaurant in Shirokane, Minato-ku, Tokyo. With a concept rooted in the "enjoyment" of food, the "live feeling," and "boldness," we have continued to operate. Staff moved from Tokyo to Gunma, and with additional enhancements, the restaurant was relocated and reopened in 2024 on the first floor of a hotel within THE CLUB premises in Annaka-Haruna.
While we are not strictly bound to Italian techniques, we are committed to using Gunma-grown ingredients. Herbs and vegetables are carefully cultivated by restaurant staff in our own farm.
