This lunch includes the chef’s original pasta and a salad made with seasonal vegetables.
Each season’s dishes are inspired by a color-themed concept.
The autumn course is themed in crimson, evoking the deep red hue dyed from the roots of madder.

Our cuisine expresses each season through a theme inspired by color.
Our autumn course is themed around deep crimson, evoking the dark red hue dyed from the roots of the madder plant.
This lunch course is especially recommended for women.
